We offer FREE standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100.


Dispatch Times

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday before 10:00am (AEST) are dispatched the same business day

  • Orders placed after 10:00am are dispatched the next business day

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day

All orders are sent with tracking, regardless of carrier.


Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to location, peak periods, or carrier delays.

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

USA

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

Rest of World

  • Standard Shipping: 9–30 business days


Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.


Authority to Leave & Secure Delivery

Delivery options (signature required or authority to leave) vary by carrier.

Once a parcel has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer. We strongly recommend delivering to a secure address (home address rather than workplaces or shared locations where possible).


Late, Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist by lodging an enquiry with the carrier.

If tracking shows the parcel as Delivered, we review cases individually. Outcomes may vary depending on carrier investigation results.


Items Marked as Delivered but Not Received

In some cases (especially workplaces or apartment buildings), parcels may be delivered to:

  • A reception area

  • Mailroom

  • Concierge

  • Colleague or building manager

Please check with these parties first before contacting us.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We may be able to attempt a reroute, subject to carrier approval

  • Additional fees charged by the carrier will be the customer’s responsibility

  • If reshipping is required, shipping costs will need to be paid by the customer


International Orders & Customs Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority prior to ordering.
