How it works
- Shop your favourites – Place an order with Bragi as usual.
- Earn your reward – Once your order has been fulfilled, 5% of your eligible purchase value will be added to your Bragi account as store credit.
- Enjoy your credit – Sign in to your account and use your available credit towards your next purchase.
For example, spend $100 on eligible shoes and receive $5 in store credit to use next time.

- Cashback is calculated on eligible product purchases, excluding shipping charges and gift cards.
- No minimum purchase is required to earn cashback.
- Store credit is issued once your order has been fulfilled, with no additional waiting period.
- Cashback store credit is valid for 120 days from the date it is issued.
- Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Returned, cancelled or refunded purchases may result in the corresponding cashback being adjusted or reversed.

Your friend gets $10 off their first order, and you'll receive $10 in Bragi store credit when they make an eligible purchase.
How it works
- Share your link – Find your personal referral link through Bragi Rewards and send it to a friend.
- Your friend saves $10 – Your friend follows the link and uses their referral offer on their first eligible order.
- You get $10 back – Once your friend's qualifying purchase has been confirmed, you'll receive $10 in Bragi store credit to enjoy on a future order.
Referral requirements:
- The referred friend must be a new Bragi customer.
- Your friend must use a valid referral link or code to qualify.
- Referral rewards apply to eligible, successfully completed purchases.
- Referral store credit is valid for 120 days from the qualifying purchase.
- Self-referrals, duplicate accounts or fraudulent referrals are not permitted.
- Cancelled or refunded qualifying orders may result in referral rewards being cancelled or reversed.
- Referral store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
How to Use Your Store Credit
Redeeming your Bragi Rewards is simple.
- Sign in to your Bragi customer account using the email address associated with your purchase.
- Add your favourite shoes to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Select the available Store Credit option at checkout.
- Your credit will be applied to your order. If your purchase exceeds your available balance, simply pay the remaining difference using another accepted payment method.
Any unused balance will remain in your account until used or expired.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to sign up to earn cashback?
There's no separate rewards membership to join. Simply shop with Bragi using your customer email address. Your rewards are linked to your Bragi customer account.
When will I receive my cashback?
Your cashback will be issued once your order has been fulfilled. There is no additional holding period.
Can I use my cashback on the same purchase?
No. Cashback earned from an order is available to use on a future purchase once it has been issued.
Does my store credit expire?
Yes. Both cashback and referral store credit are valid for 120 days from the applicable reward date. We recommend using your rewards before they expire.
Do shipping fees and gift cards earn cashback?
No. Cashback applies only to eligible product purchases. Shipping charges and gift card purchases are excluded from the cashback calculation.
What happens if I return an item?
If you return an item or receive a refund, any cashback earned from the refunded amount may be adjusted or reversed. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law or our applicable returns policy.
Can I combine my store credit with other offers?
Store credit can generally be used alongside eligible offers, subject to the conditions of the offer and checkout eligibility.
Can I transfer my store credit or redeem it for cash?
No. Bragi Rewards store credit is linked to your customer account, cannot be transferred to another customer and cannot be redeemed for cash.

- Bragi Rewards is available to eligible customers shopping through our online store.
- Cashback is calculated at 5% of eligible product purchases, excluding shipping charges and gift cards.
- Cashback is issued following order fulfilment, with no additional holding period.
- Cashback store credit expires 120 days after issuance.
- Referral rewards are available for valid referrals that meet the program's eligibility requirements.
- Referral store credit expires 120 days after the qualifying referred purchase.
- Store credit is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred between customer accounts.
- Rewards may be withheld, cancelled or adjusted in cases of refunds, cancellations, duplicate accounts, suspected fraud or misuse.
- Bragi may update or discontinue the rewards program, subject to applicable laws and any existing customer entitlements.
- Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
